Coach David Moyes (60) spoke about the possibility of a transfer of Declan Rice (24, West Ham).

Growing up in Chelsea’s youth team until 2014, Rice played more games as a centre-back when he made his West Ham debut in 2017. However, he has emerged as the best third-tier resource in the Premier League, playing as a central midfielder or defensive midfielder in the current England national team and his team, West Ham.
Rice, who assisted West Ham United captain Mark Noble in the role of vice-captain last season, was a key force in the team and started in almost every game in place of the aging Noble and digested full-time. In response, coach Moyes said, “Honestly, I’d like him to stay. But it’s hard to stay here after the season is over,” he said.
The media reported that “West Ham may consider selling if there is a team offering Rice 100 million pounds (about 167.3 billion won).”
